What Revenuit does
Revenuit provides advisory revenue-cycle intelligence: we analyze claim, remittance, and contract data that clients share with us and deliver findings, benchmarks, and recommendations. Revenuit is advisory only. We do not submit claims, appeal denials, access payer portals, or take any action in a client's systems. Findings are produced by deterministic, auditable analysis; where AI-generated narrative is included, it is clearly labeled and is never the source of any figure.
No professional advice
Our outputs are operational analysis, not legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice. Estimated recovery or opportunity amounts are estimates based on the data provided and applicable benchmarks; they are not guarantees of collection or financial outcome.
Client responsibilities
- Share only data you are authorized to share, under your signed agreement with Revenuit.
- Until a Business Associate Agreement is executed, upload only de-identified or synthetic data — no protected health information.
- Keep portal credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
- Remain responsible for your own billing, coding, and compliance decisions, including whether and how to act on our recommendations.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the portal or analysis infrastructure, misrepresent your identity or authorization, or use the service to process data of a practice that is not party to an agreement with Revenuit.
Intellectual property
Clients retain all rights to their data. Revenuit retains all rights to its analysis methods, software, benchmarks, and report formats. Deliverables prepared for a client may be used by that client for their internal business purposes.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care and use it only as needed to perform under the applicable agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service and website are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenuit disclaims implied warranties and its aggregate liability arising out of the service will not exceed the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Term and termination
Client engagements begin and end per their signed agreements. We may suspend portal access to protect the service or data, and will notify the client when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state identified in the applicable client agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
