Privacy Policy

Who we are
Revenuit provides advisory revenue-cycle intelligence to healthcare providers. We analyze claim and remittance data our clients share with us and deliver findings and recommendations. We are advisory only: we do not bill, collect, or act in payer or patient systems.
Information we collect
- Business contact information you provide when you contact us or become a client (name, work email, practice details).
- Files clients upload through the secure client portal (for example 837/835 claim files, payer contracts, fee schedules) for the purpose of preparing their assessment.
- Privacy-first site analytics. This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not profile visitors. We see aggregate page metrics only.
- Human verification on uploads. The client portal uses Google reCAPTCHA before files are sent. reCAPTCHA evaluates interaction signals to distinguish people from automated tools; no uploaded file content is shared with it. Use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.
Protected health information
Until a Business Associate Agreement and our full compliance program are in place with a client, we require that uploaded files contain only de-identified or synthetic data. Once agreements are executed, any protected health information is handled under HIPAA and the terms of the applicable Business Associate Agreement, and our analysis infrastructure operates with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging.
How we use information
Client data is used solely to prepare and deliver the client's own assessment and advisory outputs. We do not sell personal information. We do not use client data to train models or for advertising. Contact information is used to respond to you and administer the client relationship.
Storage, security, and subprocessors
Client uploads are stored on encrypted infrastructure with restricted, audited access. We use vetted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, content delivery, and — where a client's engagement includes AI-assisted narrative — an AI inference provider) under written agreements. A current subprocessor list is available on request at support@revenuit.com.
Retention
We retain client files for the duration of the engagement and for a defined period thereafter, after which they are deleted. Specific retention periods are stated in each client agreement.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact information at any time by emailing support@revenuit.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.
